About Us

Innovation-Led. Compliance-First.
Built for Care.

We exist because the current way care providers manage workforce compliance is broken. Regulations are complex, inspections are rigorous, and the administrative burden on care managers is unsustainable. Existing HR and staffing systems store records — but they don’t enforce compliance. We do.

Our platform converts regulatory requirements from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Care Inspectorate into machine-executable logic that actively governs how your workforce is onboarded, deployed, and monitored, every single day.

Where We Are

Scaling Across the UK.

Wura H&C Ltd is registered and headquartered in the UK, a country under significant pressure on care services and a strong pilot environment for our platform.

The UK’s workforce shortages, rising regulatory scrutiny, and uneven digital adoption across care providers make it a strong starting point for validating and refining our compliance engine in real-world conditions.

We will expand across the UK, integrating council-level compliance requirements, and then roll out nationally, supporting providers of all sizes, from independent care homes to large multi-site organisations.

Mission & Values

Make Compliance Invisible.

Our mission is to remove the compliance burden from health and social care providers — so their teams can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.

We believe that when regulatory compliance is automated, workers are safer, service users are better protected, and organizations are always ready for scrutiny.
